1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UNNOISE website, products, and services. By continuing to use our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, including any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from UNNOISE. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use our website only for lawful purposes. UNNOISE reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where we believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated or the website has been misused.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or texture may occur due to photography, lighting, manufacturing, or differences in individual screen displays.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include an alternative product, store credit, or refund where applicable.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on unnoise.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. UNNOISE reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or availability at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where required due to an obvious pricing or technical error.
5. Payments
We accept payments through secure and authorized payment partners. Payment information is processed through the respective payment gateway, and UNNOISE does not store customers' complete card details.
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and may be subject to additional charges or verification. UNNOISE reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain orders, locations, or customers.
6. Shipping & Delivery
UNNOISE currently ships across India through trusted logistics partners. Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery times are generally 7–10 business days for metro cities, 10–12 business days for other cities and towns, and 12–15 business days for remote areas. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, natural disasters, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address, PIN code, and contact number. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, or customer unavailability, the courier partner may make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order is returned to UNNOISE, a ₹200 re-shipping charge will apply for re-dispatching the order.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Because bikinis are an intimate wear product, hygiene and product-condition requirements are strictly followed. Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact. An uncut and unedited packing video showing the package, product, tags, hygiene stickers, and repacking process is mandatory for return and exchange requests.
For approved returns, a ₹200 delivery charge per returned product will be deducted from the refund amount. For exchanges, the customer must send the product to our studio at their own expense and pay a ₹200 delivery charge per replacement product.
All requests are subject to verification and quality and hygiene inspection. Sale, discounted, promotional, and offer products are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Size Exchange
If you have selected the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability. The customer must send the product to our studio at their own expense.
If the requested size is available and the product passes our inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched after payment of the ₹200 delivery charge per replacement product.
If the required size is unavailable, a refund may be processed after deducting ₹200 per product as the delivery charge, subject to the product meeting all return conditions. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the product is received and approved.
9. Damaged, Defective & Manufacturing Issues
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue, you must contact UNNOISE within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the issue, and the required uncut and unedited video.
After verification and approval, the product must be sent to our studio for inspection. If the issue is confirmed and the product meets our policy requirements, a replacement will be processed. Applicable replacement delivery charges may apply as specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

11. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. A ₹200 delivery charge per returned product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Where a refund is applicable, customers must provide valid bank account details or a UPI QR code for processing the payment. Refund eligibility is subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available on unnoise.com, including logos, brand names, product images, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to UNNOISE and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or use any UNNOISE content for commercial or other purposes without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
UNNOISE will not be responsible for damages resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow product-care instructions. We are also not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or disruption caused by third-party courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, UNNOISE's liability relating to any product or order will be limited to the value of the product purchased.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including payment gateways, logistics providers, social media platforms, and other service providers. UNNOISE is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms, the website, or your purchases from UNNOISE shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
